\"2014-08-02<\/a>It’s a fry! \u00a0Our new Saturday morning ‘Eats and Seats’ Ulster Fry at The Dock (delicious freshly-cooked not-at-all-unhealthy fry courtesy of the Mace, comfy squashy not-at-all-lazy seats and sofas courtesy of The Dock) – perfect way to start a Saturday morning<\/p>\n

\"9581848587_a874ab928f_z\"<\/a>It’s a run! \u00a0The Colour Run is happening in the TQ – the most joyful 5K on the planet – a mini-marathon in which the runners are pelted with powder paint as they go, finishing the race multi-coloured, messy but happy. \u00a0 Judging by the atmosphere last year, it’s going to be another fantastic day for Belfast \u00a0– click here<\/a> to see Jeremy’s great pics of a very colourful team from The Dock at last year’s run.<\/p>\n

\"photo-30\"<\/a>It’s a boat! \u00a0The Nomadic are holding a Family Fun Day all day Saturday – complete with magic, fancy dress, Cool FM, carnival games and a Birds of Prey display. \u00a0Check out their website here<\/a> for all the details. \u00a0(And if you haven’t been on board SS Nomadic yet, what are you waiting for? \u00a0The Mayor visited the ship for the first time this week and was very impressed – but that’s another story!)<\/p>\n
