\nLast night’s Top Gear featured a fantastic article filmed in Belfast (with lots of footage around East Belfast and the Titanic Quarter) that was worth every penny of license fee you’ve paid this year \u00a0At long last, something filmed in Belfast in blazing sunshine rather than dreary grey drizzle, with no background shots of murals or peace walls, not one mention of the troubles…<\/p>\n

…just some beautiful, achingly well-shot footage that made me a bit throat-lumpingly proud to be born here. \u00a0Also it was a brilliant article, as Jeremy Clarkson, doped-up on Night Nurse, “tested” a Renault Twingo in increasingly surreal and twisted ways.<\/p>\n
