Just a random thought…..

……..  Which do you want first the good news or the bad news? How often have we been asked that question? This past week has included a mixture of both…. winning a wee golf competition was good news for me, bad for the rest of the golfers; West Ham being relegated… well that’s just bad news for everyone; daughter announcing her engagement…good news!So in a week of good news/bad news scenarios it got me thinking ….. what is good news for me may be bad news for someone else and vice versa …..The Good news for the Dock  is that people are talking about the Dock in lots of  places. I was invited for a ‘free lunch’ today and part of the conversation revolved around the Dock; people have seen further media coverage of my ‘launch’ and have asked lots of questions ….. this is good news. Yet as Christians we all have good news to share and what a privilege it is to do that in Dockland or wherever we are!
