During the week I had the very exciting experience of going live on Radio Ulster for Wednesday’s Thought For The Day (all my previous Thoughts have been pre-recorded).  As well as the fun and buzz of being in the BBC studio for the transmission, the experience also had an unexpected side-benefit: being up and about at What-The-Flipping-Heck O’Clock meant that I was present to watch the most stunning sunrise over Belfast and over the gorgeous TQ:
